Listen: The Presets - Ghosts
The Presets have been out of the limelight for quite a few years now, so it’s nice to see these guys return with two stellar tracks before the release of their newest full-length, Pacifica, due for release September 7th via Modular Records. If “Ghosts” and “Youth In Trouble” aren’t already enough indications - the new album is beyond incredible!
These Aussies are amongst the few that knows how to create the perfect blend of electronic and rock music, as illustrated in this new number, “Ghosts”, whose march-like aura is beyond epic proportions. While “Youth In Trouble” greatly showcased the duo’s electro influence, this track goes back to their slightly rock-ier routes, as the majority of their new album is a bit more straight-up EDM - in the best way possible. These guys are paving their own path, creating a fresh brand of electronic/rock music that hasn’t been heard before.
